Dear Sirs:

/JIn accordance with our telephone conversation yesterday, I am enclosing a check
for $2051.76 to cover the cost for two persons of the San Francisco Symphony
Foundation's Special Trip to Yucatan on April 26 to May 10, 1975.

It is my understanding that the air fare may be increased slightly and that, if it
is, there may be an additional charge.

As you will recall, we would like to remain in Mexico City for three nights at
the end of the trip and you agreed to arrange for our hotel reservations for
this period.

We would appreciate it if you would also take care of our return
air reservation which might as well be for the same flight as shown on your folder
but three days later, that is, Western #610 departing Mexico City at 3:15 PM
on Tuesday May 13, changing to Western #760 in Los Angeles and arriving in
San Francisco at 7:50 PM.

For your records, Mrs Samuel, (Bernice D.) who is a member of the Symphony
Foundation, will accompany me./.
